Delivered two AI-integration sessions to a Vistage CEO peer group - member companies spanning varied industries including accommodation, professional services, food, and retail.
Each session was built from the operator's real systems, not a generic deck. The point of difference: I had shipped the stack we were discussing the day before. Workshops where the speaker hasn't recently built anything are workshops where the speaker is summarising other people's work; this is the opposite of that.
What landed best was the part where AI doesn't do what the deck says it does. Hallucination, eval brittleness, the cost-versus-latency trade-off, the moment when "model decides" becomes the wrong move. Executives need to hear those bits straight, not as risk-language wrapped around an upbeat sales pitch.
Limited dates per quarter; this is one of the engagement types Cognitiv runs deliberately.
